How to Tethering Option in AT&T HTC One X

HTC One X is getting popular along with Samsung Galaxy S III because both run on Android 4.0.4. But, today the users of HTC One X will come to the tutorial on tethering their device with One Click option. Tethering is an option where a user will able to use its data connectivity from phone to computer with same speed when it is accessed through phone. Bluetooth data connectivity becomes slower, but tethering is incredibly fast in connections like 3G/4G and cost saving.

  1. Rooted HTC One X
  2. Android SDK installed in computer
  3. USB Cable
  4. The phone must have 70% battery power to smoothly perfume the task.
  5. Disable the security in your computer and uninstall them in your phone to avoid unnecessary interruption.
  6. Enable the USB Debugging by tapping on Settings-> Applications-> Development-> tick the USB debugging. Don’t forget to untick USB Debugging after everything is completed.

Steps to Activate Tethering Option in HTC One X powered by AT&T

Step 1: Download the Tethering Zip Package in your computer and unzip it by using any suitable upzipping software.
Step 2: Now open the ‘tether.bat’ exe file from the extracted folder and follow the instruction accordingly. See the screenshots given below to get more idea on it.
Step 3: After the process is complete the device will get rebooted automatically and the device gets the new feature.Walla! Successfully your device HTC One X gets the all new tethering feature powered by AT&T.
