STEP 1: First of all you must root your device.

STEP 2: Now in your computer download the file and extract it with winzip software or any other suitable software.

STEP 3: Now connect the USB cable to your HTC One S and copy paste the extracted file i.e. in /system folder by root enable file explorer. Click here to get it.
